"If the upper or bottom shell of a PARAT case solution is defective, it is unfortunately not possible to repair it. The frames are matched to each other and replacing a shell would mean that they no longer fit together perfectly.

For any other defect in a PARAT product, we recommend that you contact the retailer through whom you purchased the product. They will usually arrange for your product to be repaired or replaced."

With our older models, this is unfortunately not yet possible. However, if your case or storage solution is labeled "Flex2Connect", you can easily replace the cable yourself.
If you have any complaints regarding our PARAT safety light, we recommend that you contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product directly with the proof of purchase (for warranty claims)
In this case, please contact our customer service. Please send us the serial number of your product directly. A possible check should take place at our factory.
