Where can I find the serial number on my product?

On the cases, the article number is located in the upper shell on the left-hand side of the frame.

On the IT systems, the article number is located on the back next to the trolley pull-out (silver nameplate).

On the Cube, the article number is located under the mat inside the Cube.

On the PARAPROJEKT trolley you will find the article number in the technical compartment.

On the safety lights, the article number, type designation and production clock are located on the back of the safety light, the serial number is located in the reflector.

How can the numerical code of the locks be changed?

The numerical code of the security locks cannot be changed. If a lock can no longer be opened, it must be replaced. Please contact our customer service for this.
